Free Shipping & Free Returns on all orders over $30
Purchase anything on our site and spend over $30, and receive free First Class Mail shipping (with tracking when available). We hope you love your order, but we understand that sometimes getting a ring size correctly online can be challenging, or the item may not be what you were expecting. For orders over $30, we offer a pre-paid return label to send back your item at no cost to you. For returns, the item must be in new, unworn condition, and contain original packaging. For exchanges, just send the item back with a copy of your invoice, and write the size you’d like to exchange it for. Email us at [email protected] to request your prepaid label. Please include your name and your order number, and we’ll email your label within 48 hours. (If your item was personalized, please see Return Policy)

UPS 2nd Day Air, your package will be delivered in 2 business days. To ensure your item will arrive on time, please contact us if you are ordering after 2pm EST and have personalization on your item. Please be aware that items shipping on a Friday, with either UPS 2nd day air, or UPS next day air, will not be delivered on the weekend. UPS only considers business days as delivery days. If you would like something overnight or 2nd day air for a Saturday delivery, please call us for a price quote.

Please keep in mind that UPS 2nd day and Next day are guaranteed except in the event of weather related instances or other situations out of their control. Shipping refunds will not be provided if the UPS delivery is late because of weather or other "Acts of God" beyond their control. Here is their policy from their website. Interruption of Service

UPS shall not be liable for any interruption of delivery service due to a cause beyond its control, including but not limited to, the absence of a person or the refusal of such person of accepting the delivery of the shipment, demure due to the consignee, force majure, action of the public authorities con real or apparent authority over the facilities, action or omissions of the public customs authorities or the like, riots, strikes, or other labor disputes, public disturbances, factors that disrupts the air and ground transportation systems such as weather conditions and natural disasters, and an act of God.

UPS Next Day Air: In stock items are shipped out same day, with next day delivery. The delivery date is guaranteed, with up to date tracking available. If you would like something overnight or 2nd day air for a Saturday delivery, please call us for a price quote.

Your international order will be shipped via USPS FIrst Class International Mail, which takes about 6-21 business days.Up to date tracking is not always available. International shipping cost is approximately $7 based on your location. United Kingdom customers, Please be aware you may be charged import tax on your items upon delivery.

Exchange & Return Policy

We hope you love your new jewelry. But sometimes ordering online can be tricky. Wrong size? Not what you expected? Let’s fix that for you right away.

3 Options for your return/exchange:

  1. Store credit + a $5 bonus credit. We’ll even send you a prepaid label to send back your item. (on items over $30. personalized items cannot be returned)
  2. Refund. Looking for your money back instead of store credit?. Send it back to us and we’ll refund you the cost of the item. (original shipping is not refundable, personalized items cannot be returned, prepaid label not provided)
  3. Exchanges: You love your ring but it’s the wrong size. We can fix that. Exchanges are free on our non personalized items, and $12 for personalized rings. We will even send you a return label if the item your exchanging is over $30*

Conditions:
Items must be returned in new, unworn condition to be eligible for return or exchange. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. International orders do not qualify for free return labels, or free shipping on exchanges.
